How to setup your email accounts

To create a new Email account:

1. Go to http://yourdomainname.com/admin

2. Enter the following login information that was provided to you in your welcome email when you signed up:

Username: ____________
Domain: ____________
Password: ____________

3. Once logged in, click on MAILBOXES/USERS from the left menu

4. Then click on Add User from the top tabs

5. To add an email account, enter the following information:

a. User Name / ex: yourname, for yourname@yourdomain.com (only enter the name before the @ sign, not the full email address)

b. Full name of the person/dept.

c. Password

6. For Disk Quota, set it to 0 (for unlimited space for your email account in reference to your web hosting space)

7. Leave everything else unchecked, and click on ADD button on the bottom of the page.

That’s it! Your new email account is now created.

Repeat the steps above to create multiple email addresses as required.

To access your emails using Webmail, please use the following URL:
www.yourdomainname.com/webmail
